Meet Emily

Emily Sanders is a Kirkwood local with a passion for people and helping clients find their dream homes. She considers clients her family and is proud to stay in touch with them years after they are settled in their houses. She is enthusiastic, genuine, and loyal, dedicated to her clients from start to finish.

Emily was a 2020 Atlanta Realtors Association Top Producer and received Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services’ Agent of the Month award three times in the last year.

Emily's expertise is in selling and renovating historic homes. She loves the charm and the hidden surprises that come with older properties. When she is not assisting her clients, she is typically working on a project or three of her own - including her own historic hundred-year-old home.

Emily's passion for real estate began at a young age. After graduating with a degree in psychology and business from American University in Washington, DC, Emily worked as a Property Manager for luxury single-family homes in and around DC. Emily relocated to Atlanta in 2006, and has focused on residential sales and property management in the booming Atlanta market. In the spring of 2013, Emily completed her MBA with a focus in Real Estate from Georgia State University.

Outside of work, I’m married with three children and love traveling, boating, gardening, crafting, and spending time with family and friends. I also have a deep passion for historic homes, renovations, and smart real estate investing.
